Real Deal - Recruitment Campaign for Cadwalader

Recruiting the best graduates from Law school is a tough and competitive task for all the top law firms of America. This campaign, which included a extraordinary brochure that folds out to about 1 meter length, a special website, and other marketing collateral, was centered around the concept "Real Deal" which signifies the experience of working at Cadwalader. Each of the panels of the brochure touched on one aspect of the experience such as the scale of work, work/life balance, exposure, etc, with headings like "Real Bold, Real Time, Real Life".
